There is no doubt stress is at an all-time high for just about everyone around the world. And while we are unaware of a magic pill that can take all the stress away, we have an easy solution that can help at least a little...it's time to take a bath!
Most of us are deficient in magnesium, which can also lead to increased stress and poor sleep, so we recommend that you consider indulging in a magnesium flake + The Everything Oil™ Body bath at least 2-3X a week.
Add 250g magnesium chloride flakes of your choosing to your bath (find them on Amazon). Increase your dosage for a more intensive treatment or after periods of exercise. Add a dropper full of The Everything Oil Neroli No 18 Body (any of our oils will work but this is our personal fave).
Put on your favorite music, light a candle, pour a glass of something and lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Try to take a few deep breathes during your bath to further relieve stress.
