Refund policy

 

Returns
We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of your order; we will deduct return shipping from your refund. Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 7-10 business days for our team to process it. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Didn't Receive an order that says it was delivered 
My order says received but it was never delivered? Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors to make sure someone near you didn’t receive your package by mistake. Once the product leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of shipping carrier (which is typically USPS). Please make every effort to work with USPS to find your package. In the event it cannot be located, please contact us at support@carterandjane.com


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
