FAQ Shipping & Return Policies:

What are your International Shipping policies? We happily ship to international destinations. Please note that Carter + Jane is not responsible for your destination country’s tariffs, duties or shipping delays due to customs issues. It is highly recommended that you research your country’s local import policies prior to placing your order. We are unable to provide returns/refunds due to customs’ delays, holds, taxes or fees. However, we will cover international shipping costs (up to $25 per order). We are diligently working to add additional international retailers to our family to alleviate international shipping challenges.

My order says received but it was never delivered? Please double check that the shipping address you used matches your location. If so, check with your neighbors to make sure someone near you didn’t receive your package by mistake. Once the product leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of shipping carrier (which is typically USPS). Please make every effort to work with USPS to find your package. In the event it cannot be located, please contact us at support@carterandjane.com

What is your Return Policy? We accept returns up to 14 days after receipt of your order. Please contact us at support@carterandjane.com for more information.

Once we receive your exchange or return, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to process it.

What is you Promotion Policy? Promotion is nontransferable, nonretroactive, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Promo code must be applied at time of order. This offer is available only at carterandjane.com. No adjustments on previous purchases. 

FAQ The Everything Oil™:

What sizes does The Everything Oil™ come in? We have several sizes : 1oz (30 ml) in both the original and Angelic Clementine and a smaller travel 12 ml bottle in our our original formula. 

Can I use other products with The Everything Oil™? We think once you try The Everything Oil™, you will want to use it exclusively. But, of course, you can use it in conjunction with your other beauty products, to improve efficacy of your existing routine. You can layer it under or over your serum, eye cream and moisturizer or you can add a drop into them for an added boost. You can also add a drop into your foundation for an added glow. Try adding a drop into your body products to boost their hydration properties.

How long will it last me? Typically, a 1 oz bottle lasts 2-3-months with twice daily use.

How do I use it? For best results, use The Everything Oil™ twice daily on cleansed skin. Apply several drops to palms and press into face, eye area, lips, neck and décolletage. Use any remaining oil on your palms and apply on your hair’s mid-shaft and ends.

What is the shelf life of The Everything Oil™?
The product has a shelf life of 2 years.

The ingredients are sustainably sourced in Morocco.
